Hatch House BBQ is the dream of pitmaster, Steve Hatcher. Hatch was a "Tool Man" for 10 years, running a franchise of a national mobile tool company. But his real passion was feeding people. While vacationing on the NC coast in the summer of 2018, Hatch made the decision to leave the tool business behind and thus Hatch House BBQ was born.
